TERMS OF SALE, HYGIENE POLICY & BESPOKE ALLOCATIONS
Custom & Made-To-Order Exemption: All VALDICIA hair allocations (including custom length, shade, density tier, and texture selections) are custom-crafted and made-to-order based on individual client specifications. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Section 28(1)(b), bespoke goods tailored to personal specifications are exempt from standard statutory cancellation, return, or exchange rights once commissioned into production.
Health & Hygiene Exemption: Due to strict health, sanitation, and hygiene regulations regarding human hair products, opened, unsealed, or handled products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This hygiene protocol is strictly enforced in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Section 28(3)(a).
Biological Asset Characteristics & Tier Differentiation:

Atelier & Couture Allocations: Raw, single-donor human hair and Premium Remy assets are authentic biological materials. Un-dyed allocations naturally reflect organic living origin. These traits confirm the absence of synthetic dye-blanketing, acid-stripping, or heavy chemical glazes, and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

VALDICIA Studio Allocations: Studio event-grade suites are manufactured for short-term occasion wear and temporary styling. Due to their specific fiber processing, they are subject to standard cosmetic wear and do not carry the multi-year biological longevity of our pure single-donor atelier assets.
Finality of Sale: Every item undergoes a rigorous, three-stage forensic inspection prior to dispatch. With the exception of genuine manufacturing faults as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all sales are strictly final once processed.
